In order to process your requests quickly and without unnecessary intermediaries, the Russian-German Chamber of Commerce and the Federal Customs Service of Russia (FCS of Russia) have created a joint platform for companies-members of the Chamber named "direct line". With the "direct line" you will be able to quickly ask questions related to the customs industry and report on the difficulties encountered. We transfer this information directly to the FCS of Russia.

Here you can contact directly with the representatives of the FCS.

In addition, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that for many years a working group on customs, transport and logistics issues is successfully working at the AHK. We meet every 4th Thursday of the month. At the meetings of the working group experts of the AHK member companies and invited guests discuss the most important issues in the fields related to customs, share experience, follow the novelties of legislation in the field of customs, transport, logistics and technical regulation.

General Information: Customs Working Group Initiative

As a result of active joint work of the AHK Working Group on Customs, Transport and Logistics and a number of departments of the FCS of Russia it was possible to reach an agreement on the creation of an online page for AHK members to promptly report on difficulties encountered by importers. Generalized information received through a "direct line" will be regularly sent to our contact persons in the customs authorities.

Requests received through the "direct line" will first be sent to the General Directorate of Customs Control after the release of goods, the Directorate of Trade Restrictions, Currency and Export Control, and the Directorate of Nomenclature of Goods. In case the requests are addressed to other departments of the customs authority, the contact persons of the FCS of Russia will forward the information to the responsible persons in the internal order.

The AHK Working Group experts who work on this initiative trust that business will be able to solve complex issues with customs clearance of their goods quickly and without undue delay, and thus influence the efficiency of customs procedures in Russia. The Russian-German Chamber of Commerce looks forward to the active participation of its member companies in the "direct line".
